SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic:

For domestic shipments (in The Netherlands) I use the services from Post NL. In my experience, this is very fast, affordable and efficient service.

International:

For international shipments, I also work with the services from Post NL. I currently ship to EU Countries and to the United States only. In the future, I hope to ship worldwide. For now, I have the capacity to ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United States.

SHIPPING COSTS

For orders higher than € 70,00, standard shipping is free.

Important Exception: For orders from the United States the sub-total order needs to be over € 120.00 to apply to free shipping.

Domestic:

Standards Shipping: from € 2,20 to € 5,30, depending on the weight. For orders higher than € 70,00, shipping is free.

Registered Shipping: € 10,70. For orders higher than € 100,00 shipment is free.

Europe:

Standards Shipping: from € 3,60 to € 12,00, depending on the weight. For orders higher than € 70,00, shipping is free.

Registered Shipping: € 16.90. For orders higher than € 120,00 shipment is free.

United States:

Standards Shipping: from € 3,60 to € 22,15, depending on the weight. For orders higher than € 120,00 shipment is free.

Registered Shipping: € 22.15. For orders higher than € 120,00 shipment is free.

Important Note One: Standard Shipments don't have a track and trace number.

Important Note Two: Additional customs and tax fees can occur for purchases outside the EU. The final fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Depending on these factors you may have to cover those extra costs when importing these goods. Please check with your local customs office directly for further information about whether they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

DELIVERY TIMES

I prepare and ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays (orders received from Thursday to Sunday) and Fridays (orders received from Monday to Wednesday). Once I mail your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the shipment and the estimated arrival date.

If you are ordering from The Netherlands, the lead time after the order has been shipped is 3 to 6 business days (2 to 3 business days with registered shipping).

If you are ordering from another European country or from the United States, the lead time is usually 7 to 15 days (6 to 11 business days with registered shipping).

If your order includes the following products: Tote Bags, Pouch Cases, Apparel or Mugs, your order can take from 13 to 20 days to arrive, from the moment you receive the email confirmation of your purchase. This is because these are made to demand items and are produced and shipped from a different location than mine.

Products made to demand may be separately shipped. If your order includes a combination of made to demand products and the products I have in stock, your order will be shipped in separate packages. However, there will be no extra shipping costs. (Note that this doesn't relate to the additional customs and tax fees that can occur for purchases outside the EU).

COVID-19 DELAYS

Due to the current world situation, it is expected to have some delays in the delivery times. Please take this into consideration when your order from my shop. Most of the items I have available on stock, therefore, if there are any delays, they will be on the post-service side.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

I have a no returns/cancellation/refund policy. As I am an independent small entrepreneur, the stock I keep is very limited and the hassle to return an item would cost more than what you initially paid for the item, therefore not even recommendable for you. For ThinkPurple purchases, the policy applies equally. This policy applies to digital goods as well.

If you have a problem with your order, such as if it didn’t arrive or it got damaged on the way, please get in touch with me. Together we will find a solution! For damaged items, you can apply for a replacement at no charge. Please make sure to contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. After that period I can no longer offer a replacement for free.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are available to be purchased worldwide!

Note: For orders coming from countries that are not in my "shipping list" (EU, The United States, The UK), do not include any physical products in your cart.

The specifications for sizes and licensing for all digital products can be found on each product page, at the “PRODUCT INFO” tab.

Once you have completed your Check-Out, you will receive a link to download your Digital Products. For every purchase, you get a Personal Use Licence. (i.e. If you buy 1, you can use the Digital Wallpapers for your personal digital devices OR you can share it with 1 person as a gift. If you purchase 2, you can use the Digital Wallpapers for your personal digital devices AND you can share it with 1 other person as a gift).

You will also receive an email with the link. The link will be available for 30 days.

Important: THESE ARE DIGITAL/INSTANT DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS. THEREFORE NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED.

If your order contains both digital and physical products. You will receive a link to download your Digital Products right after you complete your check out. And the rest of the products from your order will be shipped as usual.

You have the license to download and use the wallpapers on all YOUR PERSONAL devices, or to share the link with 1 person as a gift.

Do Not: Share, loan, print, re-sell, redistribute, commercialize or alter these arts in any way. This product is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

If you have a problem with your order, such as if the link didn't work because of technical difficulties, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I will make sure to forward the link once more. Please bear in mind that the link is available for 30 days and it is meant exclusively for one user. After the 30 days, the product(s) will be considered delivered and the link will be deactivated with no possibility of being requested.
